31 Definitions—pt 5
In this part:
NERL retailer means a person who holds a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (ACT).
relevant supplier, in relation to a serious gas accident, means—
(a)
the NERL retailer that supplies gas to the premises at which the accident occurred; or
(b)
the entity licensed to distribute gas for supply to the premises.
