In outline, this part—

(a)

provides for financial matters (see division 9.3); and

(b)

sets out reporting requirements (see division 9.5); and

(c)

requires the regulator to ensure that certain information is entered on a record of GMO dealings (see division 9.6); and

(d)

permits the regulator to review notifiable low risk dealings and exemptions (see division 9.7).
