131 Recovery of amounts
The following amounts may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts owing to the Territory:
(a)
amounts payable to the Territory under division 5.8;
(b)
fees payable to the Territory under this Act;
(c)
amounts payable to the Territory for the exercise of the regulator’s functions under this Act.
