182 Deadlines for making reviewable decisions
If—
(a)
this Act provides for a person to make an application of any kind to the regulator; and
(b)
a period is stated under this Act for giving notice of the decision to the applicant; and
(c)
the regulator has not notified the applicant of the regulator’s decision within the period;
the regulator is taken, for this Act, to have made a reviewable decision to refuse the application, and the person may seek internal review of the reviewable decision under section 181.
