184 Application for protection of confidential commercial information
(1)
A person may apply to the regulator for a declaration that stated information to which this Act relates is confidential commercial information for this Act.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) must be in writing in the form approved under section 192E.
Note This section differs from the Commonwealth Act, s 184 in that the form is approved by the regulator under s 192E.
