83 Application for certification
(1)
A person may apply to the regulator for certification of a facility to a particular containment level.
(2)
The application must be in writing, and must contain the information the regulator requires.
Note
The conditions of a licence, or conditions to which an emergency dealing determination is subject, may require that a facility be certified under this division.
(3)
The application must be accompanied by the application fee (if any) prescribed by regulation.
