15 Government campaigns must comply with Act
The responsible person for a government agency may conduct a government campaign only if—
(a)
the responsible person certifies that the campaign complies with this Act; and
(b)
if the campaign costs for the campaign are likely to exceed $40 000—the reviewer has reported to the responsible person in relation to the compliance of the campaign with this Act.
