5 Meaning of government agency
(1)
In this Act:
government agency means—
(a)
an administrative unit; or
(b)
a public sector body; or
(c)
a territory authority; or
(d)
a territory instrumentality; or
(e)
a territory-owned corporation.
(2)
However, government agency does not include the University of Canberra.
