Suspension etc pending registrar’s decision

In force

(1)

This section applies if the registrar has reasonable grounds to suspect that an entity that holds a secure local jobs code certificate may have failed to comply with the code.

(2)

The registrar may, for a stated reasonable period—

(a)

suspend the entity’s certificate; or

(b)

impose or amend conditions on the entity’s certificate.
