22ZD Review of pt 2B
(1)
The council must review the operation of this part before the end of its 2nd year of operation.
(2)
In the review, the council must consider—
(a)
compliance with the code and other requirements; and
(b)
the coverage of the provisions including the procurements subject to the provisions; and
(c)
complaints and disputes.
(3)
The council must present a report of the review to the Minister within 6 months after the day the review was started.
