26 Exclusion of inconsistent contractual terms
A term in a procurement contract is void if—
(a)
for a contract with a total consideration worth less than the prescribed amount for section 23—the term excludes the application of this part to the contract; or
(b)
the term provides for the payment of interest on an unpaid commercial account that has been rendered under the contract.
