42 Government procurement rules
(1)
The Minister may make rules in relation to procurements undertaken by Territory entities (the government procurement rules).
Example rules to ensure a procurement is undertaken with probity
(2)
A Territory entity must comply with any government procurement rules when exercising a function in relation to procurement.
(3)
The government procurement rules are a disallowable instrument.
(4)
In this section:
Territory entity does not include—
(a)
the Office of the Legislative Assembly; and
(b)
an officer of the Assembly.
