10C Notice of procurements for open tender procurements
(1)
If a Territory entity proposes to undertake an open tender procurement, the Territory entity must, as soon as practicable, publish notice of the procurement electronically.
Example—public notice electronically
on the TendersACT website
(2)
A notice must include—
(a)
the subject matter of the procurement; and
(b)
the date the Territory entity intends to invite tenders for the procurement and advertise electronically.
(3)
If any of the details included in the notice change, the Territory entity must, as soon as practicable, update the notice.
