66 Removing attorneys

(1)

This section applies in relation to an enduring power of attorney if the principal has impaired decision-making capacity.

(2)

The ACAT may, by order, remove an attorney under the enduring power of attorney if satisfied that it is in the interests of the principal to remove the attorney.
