Division 4.2Acquisition of Calvary’s interest in the public hospital land
12 Hospital land subject to security
(1)
As a general rule, the compensation for the acquisition of Calvary’s interest in the public hospital land is determined as if the interest had not been subject to any security.
(2)
If compensation is payable under this part to a securityholder, the compensation payable to Calvary is reduced by so much of the compensation payable to the securityholder as represents the amount worked out under division 4.3 (Acquisition of security rights).
