104 Enforcement order
(1)
A party to a heritage agreement may apply to the Supreme Court for an enforcement order to give effect to the agreement if—
(a)
someone contravenes the agreement; or
(b)
there are reasonable grounds for believing that someone may contravene the agreement.
Note
Contravene includes fails to comply with (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
(2)
The council must enter details of an enforcement order in the heritage register as soon as possible after the order is made.
