67 Order to enforce exercise of functions
This section applies if—
an authorised person is entitled to exercise a function under section 66 (2); and
another person obstructs, or proposes to obstruct, the authorised person in the exercise of the function.
The Magistrates Court may, on the application of the authorised person, make an order authorising a police officer or other person named in the order to use necessary assistance and force to enable the function to be exercised.
A copy of an application under subsection (1) must be given to the obstructor, and the obstructor is entitled to appear and be heard on the hearing of the application.
