72 Security for costs etc
The Supreme Court may order an applicant for a heritage order to give—
(a)
security for the payment of costs that may be awarded against the applicant if the application is subsequently dismissed; or
(b)
an undertaking about the payment of any amount that may be awarded against the applicant under section 73.
