24F Commission-initiated variation
(1)
The commission may initiate a reference for part 3 (Investigations) for the investigation of whether a price direction in force for regulated services should be varied.
(2)
The commission may only initiate a reference for the variation of a price direction if a price variation trigger stated in the price direction has happened.
(3)
Terms of reference for the variation—
(a)
may be specified by the commission under section 16 (Terms of industry references); and
(b)
are not a disallowable instrument.
