54A Definitions—pt 9A
In this part:
conduct means an act or a failure to act.
corresponding offence, in relation to a contravention of a civil penalty provision, means an offence constituted by conduct that is substantially the same as the conduct constituting the contravention.
court means the Supreme Court.
