20 Functions of committee
The committee has the following functions:
(a)
to advise the Minister about—
(i)
matters relating to the operation of this Act; and
(ii)
if required by the Minister—anything else in relation to labour hire services;
(b)
any other function given to the committee under this Act.
Note A provision of a law that gives an entity (including a person) a function also gives the entity powers necessary and convenient to exercise the function (see Legislation Act, s 196 and dict, pt 1, def entity).
