This regulation is the Land Rent Regulation 2008.
The following requirements in relation to an application to pay land rent for a lease are prescribed:
before the lease is granted, the eligible applicant must have attended a land rent information session conducted by the Canberra Institute of Technology;
the eligible applicant must give evidence of the applicant’s attendance at the session to the authority.
The following requirements in relation to an application to pay land rent for a lease are prescribed:
before the lease is granted, the eligible former owner must have attended a land rent information session conducted by the Canberra Institute of Technology;
the eligible former owner must give evidence of the former owner’s attendance at the session to the authority.
