The registrar-general may approve forms for the following Acts:
this Act;
the Community Title Act 2001;
the Duties Act 1999;
the Land Titles (Unit Titles) Act 1970;
the Retirement Villages Act 2012.
Without limiting subsection (1), the registrar-general may, in writing, approve forms for any document (including an application and a memorandum) that may be registered or entered on the register, whether or not the registration or entry is expressly provided for in this or any other Act.
If the registrar-general approves a form for a particular purpose, the approved form must be used for that purpose.
An approved form is a notifiable instrument.
