76 Capital costs
A lease provision is void if it requires the tenant to pay an amount for the capital costs—
(a)
of the building containing the leased premises; or
(b)
for premises in the retail area of a shopping centre—of a building in the shopping centre or an area used in association with a building in a shopping centre.
