11 Indemnity
(1)
The tenant indemnifies the lessor against all liabilities or losses arising out of any injury to, or damage to the property of, the tenant or its employees, agents, invitees, contractors or licensees while on or entering any part of the premises.
(2)
Subclause (1) does not apply to any liability or loss caused by the lessor or the lessor’s employees, agents, invitees or contractors.
