Application of Legal Profession Act to commission etc

In force

The following provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2006 do not apply in relation to the commission or an officer of the commission in the officer’s official capacity:

(a)

division 3.1.3 (Investigations and external examinations);

(b)

part 3.2 (Costs disclosure and assessment);

(c)

part 3.3 (Professional indemnity insurance);

(d)

part 3.4 (Fidelity cover);

(e)

chapter 5 (External intervention).
