78 Removal from panel

(1)

The Minister may remove a person from a panel referred to in section 37 for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.

(2)

If a member of a panel—

(a)

becomes bankrupt or personally insolvent; or

(b)

on 3 consecutive occasions, without giving prior advice to the chief executive officer, fails to attend a meeting of a review committee of which they are a member; or

(c)

fails to comply with section 81;

the Minister shall remove the member from the panel.
