12 Information notices
For this Act, an information notice is a written notice to a person about a decision stating—
(a)
the decision; and
(b)
the reasons for the decision; and
(c)
the rights of appeal or review available to the person in relation to the decision and the period within which an appeal or review must be made or applied for.
