Caps on payments from fidelity fund—Act, s 348

Current

The maximum amount that may be paid from the fidelity fund in relation to a claim is—

(a)

for a claim by an associate of a law practice in relation to a default of the law practice arising from an act or omission of another associate of the practice—$50 000; and

(b)

for any other claim—$200 000.
