7 Staff of the office
(1)
The clerk may employ staff on behalf of the Territory.
(2)
The office’s staff must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
Note The Public Sector Management Act 1994, div 8.2 applies to the clerk in relation to the employment of staff (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 152).
