12 Delegation by LTCS commissioner
(1)
The LTCS commissioner may delegate the LTCS commissioner’s functions under section 11 to an authorised person.
(2)
A delegate may subdelegate to an authorised person a function delegated under subsection (1) if the subdelegation is authorised in writing by the LTCS commissioner.
(3)
In this section:
authorised person means—
(a)
a public employee; or
(b)
a person prescribed by regulation.
