18 LTCS scheme—guidelines for applications
The LTCS guidelines may make provision for applications for participation in the LTCS scheme, including provision for—
(a)
making and determining applications (including information to be given with an application); and
(b)
requiring an insurer to pay the costs of any assessment required by the LTCS guidelines in relation to an application; and
(c)
imposing restrictions on the time within which an application can be made or requiring the making of an application to be deferred until an injury has stabilised.
