69 Bulk billing arrangements for hospital, ambulance and other expenses
The LTCS commissioner may enter into bulk billing arrangements in relation to the following:
the payment of expenses incurred in relation to the treatment of participants in the LTCS scheme at hospitals;
the payment of expenses incurred in transporting participants in the LTCS scheme by ambulance;
the payment of other expenses incurred in relation to other treatment for participants in the LTCS scheme.
In this section:
transport, of participants in the LTCS scheme, includes transport of people classified as participants in the scheme under a bulk billing arrangement.
treatment, of participants in the LTCS scheme, includes treatment of people classified as participants in the scheme under a bulk billing arrangement.
