5 Authorised people—Act, s 12
The following people are prescribed:
the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales;
the general manager (however described) of the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales;
an authorised person under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 (NSW), section 41 (3) (Delegation of functions).

Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales means the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales constituted under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 (NSW), section 33.
