47 Application of Act to arbitration
(1)
This Act applies to an arbitration in like way as it applies to an action.
(2)
An arbitration for any difference or matter under any provisions for arbitration is not maintainable if begun after the date of end of the period of limitation fixed by or under this Act for a cause of action in relation to the same difference or matter.
