24Z Appeals
A person subject to an abatement order may appeal to the Supreme Court in relation to any of the following orders of the Magistrates Court:
(a)
an abatement order under section 24BH (3);
(b)
an order under section 24BH (7) dismissing an application for the revocation of an abatement order.
