112 Applications for registration
An application for registration as an employer for the contract cleaning industry made under the pre-amendment Act, section 31 but not decided immediately before the commencement day is, on the commencement day, taken to be an application for registration as an employer for the services industry.
An application for registration as a worker for the contract cleaning industry made under the pre-amendment Act, section 40 but not decided immediately before the commencement day is, on the commencement day, taken to be an application for registration as a worker for the services industry.
An application for registration of an employee as a worker for the contract cleaning industry made under the pre-amendment Act, section 41 but not decided immediately before the commencement day is, on the commencement day, taken to be an application for registration of the employee as a worker for the services industry.
