12 Authorised people for infringement notice offences
An inspector or authorised officer may serve the following:
(a)
an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Animal Welfare Act 1992;
(b)
a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Animal Welfare Act 1992.
