11 Authorised people for infringement notice offences
An investigator under the Fair Trading (Australian Consumer Law) Act 1992, section 36 may serve the following:
(a)
an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Civil Law (Sale of Residential Property) Act 2003;
(b)
a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Civil Law (Sale of Residential Property) Act 2003.
