11 Authorised people for infringement notice offences
A police officer may serve the following:
an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Smoking in Cars with Children (Prohibition) Act 2011;
a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Smoking in Cars with Children (Prohibition) Act 2011.
