11 Authorised people for infringement notice offences
An authorised person under the Utilities Act 2000, section 114 may serve the following:
(a)
an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Utilities (Water Conservation) Regulation 2006;
(b)
a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Utilities (Water Conservation) Regulation 2006.
