21 Authorised person may refuse entry

An authorised person may refuse a person entry to an event venue if the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds that the person—

(a)

has committed, or is likely to commit, an offence against—

(i)

this Act; or

(ii)

while seeking to enter into or while in the venue—another law applying in the ACT; or

(b)

is likely to contravene a condition of entry to the event venue imposed by an event organiser or a venue manager for the event.
