Production of identity card

In force

(1)

An authorised person appointed under section 42 must not remain at premises entered under this part if the authorised person does not produce the person’s identity card when asked by the occupier.

(2)

A police officer must not remain at premises entered under this part if the officer does not produce evidence that the officer is a police officer when asked by the occupier.
