187 Applications
(1)
This section applies to an application to the ACAT under this Act.
Note
Requirements for applications to the ACAT are set out in the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, s 10.
(2)
The ACAT must, as soon as practicable but not longer than 24 hours after the application is lodged, give a copy of the application to—
(a)
the public advocate; and
(b)
if the subject person is a child—the CYP director-general.
