Licence—term and renewal of licence

Current

(1)

A licence is issued for the period of up to 3 years stated in the licence.

(2)

A licensee may apply, in writing, to the Minister to renew the licence.

(3)

The Minister may renew the licence for a period of up to 3 years if satisfied on reasonable grounds of the matters mentioned in section 225 (2) in relation to the applicant and the premises.
