237 Failing to comply with requirement of inspector
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
an inspector requires the person to give the inspector a copy of any information, book, document or other record under section 236 (1) (c); and
(b)
the person fails to comply with the requirement, within the time required.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
