Contravention of conditional release order before commencement day—ACAT review

Current

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

a person contravened a conditional release order in force immediately before the commencement day; and

(b)

the ACAT did not review, or did not make an order in relation to, each condition of the person’s conditional release order in accordance with section 182 (2) as in force immediately before the commencement day.

(2)

Section 182 applies in relation to the contravention.
