61 Content of restriction order made with psychiatric treatment order
(1)
A restriction order made under section 60 in relation to a person may state either or both of the following:
(a)
that the person must—
(i)
live (but not be detained) at a stated place; or
(ii)
be detained at a stated place;
(b)
that the person must not approach a stated person or stated place or undertake stated activities.
(2)
A restriction order does not prevent the chief psychiatrist from granting leave to a person detained at a stated place.
