52 Searches—use of force
(1)
The director-general may use force—
(a)
to carry out a search under this part; or
(b)
to prevent the loss, destruction or contamination of anything seized, or that may be seized, during the search.
(2)
However, the director-general may use force only in accordance with division 4.8 (Use of force).
