Authorised people—functions

70 Authorised people—functions

(1)

An authorised person—

(a)

has the functions given to the person under this Act; and

(b)

is subject to the directions of the director-general in the exercise of the functions.

(2)

The functions of an authorised person may be limited by—

(a)

the instrument appointing the person; or

(b)

written notice given to the person by the director-general; or

(c)

a regulation.
